This notice explains how Budggy, Inc. (“Budggy”, “we”) handles personal information collected through this website, budggy.com. It covers the website only.

What we collect

We collect information only when you choose to contact us through the form or by email:

• your name, work email address and, if you provide it, your organization;
• your reason for reaching out and the content of your message.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Technical data processed by our providers

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address and browser information to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. When you submit the contact form, we use a hashed form of your IP address to limit repeated submissions, and we may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that the submission comes from a person.

How we use your information

We use the information you send only to read and reply to your message and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing lists.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare — hosting, security and form protection.
• Resend — delivers your form submission to our inbox by email.
• Our email provider — stores the correspondence you start with us.

These providers may process data in countries other than your own.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records, and then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have sent us, subject to applicable law. Write to engage@budggy.com.

If we change how we handle information collected through this website, we will update this page.
