The interface was the laboratory.
The market was the lesson.

Budggy is emerging from stealth with the second phase of the company: turning more than two years of intent-led market operation into agent-native commerce infrastructure.

Two phases. One thesis.

Phase I. Operate the model.

From 2024, we built buyer and seller applications to operate intent-led markets directly. Buyers expressed a need; verified sellers competed to serve it.

Our first live pilots in Amman, Jordan gave us something a diagram could not: experience with real demand, real supply and the friction between them.

Phase II. Encode the market.

Agents are becoming the interface to demand. Budggy is becoming the infrastructure beneath it.

Our second phase turns more than two years of market operation into an AI-native market engine, designed for any demand interface and human or machine supply.

  1. 2024

Budggy operates intent-driven buyer and seller markets through its own applications, with live pilots in Amman, Jordan.

  2. 2025 – 2026

Personal agents reach mainstream users and agentic-commerce standards for checkout and payments emerge. Structured commercial intent becomes a global infrastructure question.

  3. Now

Budggy turns the market model it operated into agent-native infrastructure.

We built the interfaces to learn the market.

Operating the model revealed what changes when buyers express demand first.

  1. Demand needs room to be understood.

People express outcomes. They leave room for a seller to suggest something better.

  2. Real demand changes the response.

A specific opportunity can produce a price, bundle or commitment that never appears in a catalog.

  3. The market is the enduring layer.

Interfaces change. The work of turning intent into meaningful competition remains.

Close to the technology.
Closer to the market.
